Delivery 

Once the online order is completed, the parcel is delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
The delivery of fragile products or large volumes such as our cushions or frames may require a quotation. We will contact you to inform you of the amount.

Availability of products

We travel for you to find fabrics and objects blows of hearts. Our products are either chosen directly from the artisan or found in the markets. For this reason the quantities are limited and the products sometimes unique. We will always do the best we can to ensure that the availability of our products is updated. Sometimes it may be that some products due to payment are unfortunately no longer available. If necessary we will contact you to remedy the situation.

Deliveries will usually be made by Canada Post. A link will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is in the hands of Canada post to be able to trace it.

You can also pick up your order directly from our store.
A delay of 2 working days will allow us to prepare your order so that you can come and pick it up.

Return and Exchange Conditions

If your purchase is unsuitable, products must be returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase (except during the holiday season, returns must be received no later than January 10th). We do not issue refunds. A credit note will be issued.

Delivery charges are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
The refund will be due to the receipt of the product (or products) and with the same method of payment made during the original purchase. We keep the right to refuse reimbursement or exchange if the goods are damaged. We are not responsible for the products lost on return delivery.

No returns on final sales.

The customer will be charged for the delivery fee in case the parcel comes back to us. The amount of the order is then credited as soon as the product is received.

Condition of the product upon return

The returned product(s) must be in its original condition, i.e. in the same condition as it was when it was received and in its original packaging. You can contact us in case of doubt.

Cancellation or change

The customer can cancel or make a change on his order only if the order has not yet been processed. Just contact us. Once the package is delivered it will be impossible to make a change or cancel. Refer to the return procedures above.
